Flower Girl

This morning we took a little adventure and drove out to Chappel Hill with Nana and Pops to find some bluebonnets. And boy did we find some...Chappel Hill is out towards Brenham and is actually part of the Bluebonnet Trail. They even host a Bluebonnet Festival later in April. It was such a cute, small town. Miss Avery wasn't too sure about the bluebonnets at first. It was mostly because we were making her sit down and were trying to pose her. But once we let her roam around and do her own thing, she really started to enjoy herself.
After taking pictures with bluebonnets we continued to drive around. It is so beautiful out in the country. We found a field full of yellow wildflowers and got out to take pictures there too. Then we had a yummy lunch at a little cafe in town. We had such a great day with Nana and Pops are are definitely enjoying our long 3 day weekend!
