Today was Dad's Day at
Biron Gymnastics and Avery was so proud to show her Daddy off and to show her Daddy and grandparents all that she's learned in the last 3 months of classes. They warmed up with stretches, balanced on the balance beam, jumped on the big trampoline, rolled around on the equipment, jumped down the tumble track and swung into the foam pit!
My little Avery jumps all by herself on the big trampoline now...she absolutely LOVES to jump on the trampoline. But even more so, she loves to jump/run down the long trampoline tumble track. She shrieks and squeals in delight and runs back to do it over and over and over!!!
Daddy swung on the big rope and jumped into the foam pit! I hate the foam pit...it's so hard to get out of and I panic and get
claustrophobic. I think Avery's the same way because she isn't too fond of it either.
After an hour of playing, it was time to show Daddy how to march out just like we do at the end of every class. Avery was more into socializing with her little friend behind her who is in her class on Thursdays!
Daddy has heard so much about gymnastics and we're so glad he was able to come and experience it with Avery! It was a bit chaotic with so many people so maybe next time he can come to our regular class and have even more fun!!!
