Avery's 1st REAL Bath

Hallelujah! There's is still hope for a career in competitive swimming for Avery! After the many sponge baths and her screaming, I was worried that she would hate the water. But after a difficult day and loosing her umbilical cord, I thought we'd try a real bath. And she LOVED it...it may be hard to tell that by the scowl on her face at first, but no tears were shed and she cooed throughout the bath. What a difference it makes being submerged in the warm water instead of having a cold washcloth run over your body! Hopefully Avery will continue to enjoy her baths!
