We took Avery to the neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt this afternoon. It has been so pretty out lately and the weather was just perfect to play outside. Avery wasn't very interested in finding the eggs but she was TOTALLY into the Easter bunny!!! She wasn't afraid of him one bit and laughed when he showed up. She even followed him around. I thought that she would for sure be afraid of a man dressed up as a bunny, but I was proven wrong.
After our attempt at searching for eggs, Avery played on the playground for awhile. She continued to go after the Easter bunny though. She enjoyed an Easter cookie, fruit punch and got an Easter
tattoo!

Then we came home to check out our loot...which wasn't very much! Maybe next year she'll be more into finding eggs. She likes to play with them, just not pick them up and put them in the basket. It doesn't matter because we had a great Saturday and can't wait for Easter next week!!!
