10 months old

Our sweet girl is 10 months old today and I can hardly believe how big she is getting! She has learned so much over the last month and we have a hard time keeping up with her. I've learned a few things over the last few weeks...1) Childrens shoes are expensive and 2) I shouldn't have stressed about losing the baby weight since it's finally melting off due to all the chasing after Avery. Can I get a hallelujah?!?! And 3) I am so lucky to have such a wonderful, perfect daughter...I already knew that but have been reminded of it lately. She is such a precious gift and I don't know what I did to deserve her.

Here is our sweet pea at 10 months old!

Wait, what? Today's my birthday again? How many of these do I have?
Oh well, it doesn't matter! Hooray:)

At 10 months old, here are a few things about Avery:

- She's walking EVERYWHERE and into everything

- She eats all table foods and loves spaghetti, mac & cheese, bread, fruits but mainly watermelon, raspberries and peaches

- She finally drinks from her sippy cup after we found one that works best for her (thanks for the suggestions- we went with the Gerber ones)

- She wears all 12-18 month clothes and some 18+ depending on the brand

- She loves her doggie and really enjoys chasing the cat:)

- She gets a little shy around new people, overwhelmed in large groups and is going through a mommy-dependency phase right now...the girl loves her mama, what can I say!

- She says "dadadada" ALL DAY LONG and it's so cute but she needs to learn some new words

- She loves going to the park to swing and we go pretty much everyday

- She finally got her first tooth and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be...it hasn't seemed to bother her at all!

There's so much more but in a nut shell those are all the "Averyisms" I can think of right now! Happy 10 month birthday monkey! Daddy and Mommy love you more than anything in the world- you are such a sweet and special girl!!!!!
