Avery turns 4 months old tomorrow and without asking our pediatrician (whoops!) I went ahead and started her on rice cereal today. I did it mostly because I wanted Mark to be able to see it for the first time and that wouldn't have happened if I started it during the week. Overall, she seemed to enjoy it. After several spoonfuls, she would see the spoon, open her mouth and lean forward so I think she's going to enjoy it. Most of it ended up ALL over her face, bib, clothes, table but it's our first time. She'll get the hang of it!

Now I will clean myself up because I'm a big baby and don't need help:)
