We had Cate's 2nd birthday party at our neighborhood park yesterday and it was perfect. The temperature was supposed to reach 106 yesterday and luckily we had the party nice and early in the morning. The park is very shaded with large trees and there was a nice breeze so it felt just fine.
We had an amazing face painter/balloon artist come and she was the hit of the party!!! Totally worth every penny! The kids loved her face painting and their balloon creations. Avery had a Little Mermaid balloon and Cate had a Cinderella balloon.
The kids had a lot of fun and our family came back to the house to watch Cate open presents afterwards. She received MANY sweet princess goodies! She had a great party and we are so thankful for all the friends and family who love our sweet baby girl.
