We ventured back to the rodeo today and it was soooooo much better than Wednesday! We got there right when it opened, the crowds were non existent, the lines super short and we fit more into the first thirty minutes than we did our entire time on Wednesday. The girls did pony rides first and loved it. Cate was eating it up! And Avery is so into horses right now. They're #1 in her world.
We met up with Nana & Pops and Brooks, Aunt Catherine and Uncle Brian. Pops took Avery on the huge slide and she went all by herself (not that we were shocked). Uncle Brian won Avery a stuffed animal at one of the games and Avery won Cate a stuffed animal:)
It was a perfect day for the rodeo and we had a great time! We're all exhausted and a little sun burned but it was worth it. Until next year Houston Livestock & Rodeo...we can't wait!!
