After being out of town so much over the last few weeks, we've enjoyed a weekend of absolutely nothing! Not that we're complaining because our trip to San Antonio and to Dallas were awesome...but it's nice to be able to unwind and relax. Especially since Avery has been sick this week. We've been at home a lot to try to mend & heal...and this is what we've been up to!
Avery got a new table & chairs set the other day and she is in love with it! She loves to play musical chairs and name off the color of the chair she is sitting in. She's enjoyed eating her snacks and playing with puzzles on the table as well. We've also been doing a lot of arts and crafts since we've been stuck at home a bunch...I finally organized everything we've been collecting and set up an art box.
I bought Avery some tub color tablets and she likes being able to pick out a color each night for bath time. She doesn't really know her colors yet, so painting and bath tablets have inspired more conversations about colors! She doesn't need to be the only kid at
MDO who doesn't know her colors:)
