Exploring

It's no surprise that Avery is on the move...we're all taking bets on when she starts walking! And now that her crawling and cruising is perfected, she's beginning to enjoy her new freedom. Mommy isn't! This kid is into everything and we're constantly following her as she crawls from room to room in exploration!

On the prowl...Mark says she looks like a frat guy with the long hair in her face!

She is obsessed with the useless dog door...I don't think that Lily even knows it's there! But Avery sure likes to push and bang on it.
Pondering by the window

She will pull up on the back door just by pushing her hands against the glass for friction- there isn't anything to actually pull up on.

Apparently a cool hang out place is under the dining room table!

She has been very into her books lately...put a pile in front of her and she is entertained for about 3 minutes.

She has discovered that her bedroom has all kinds of things to get into.

And the kitchen is awesome because she can crawl laps around the island!

I think I need to vacuum my floors more now!

She likes to sit by the front door and wait for Daddy to come home...

...and so does Lily!!! How cute are they together?!?!
