A very happy 1st Easter

What a wonderful Easter we've had today!!! We started off our day giving Avery her very first Easter basket before we left for church. There isn't much you can put in a 4 month old's basket except books, stuffed animals, a bunny bib and of course some hair clippies! But it was still fun for me to put a basket together for her! We had a great service at church this morning and then we came home for a nap (yes, all 3 of us)! After nap time, we went over to Nana & Pops house and had Easter lunch with GiGi and Claudette.

All dressed up and ready to go to churchAvery got so many Easter goodies from her grandparents...Grammy & Gramps sent Avery a stuffed Thumper from the Disney movie "Bambi"! And of course a little pink egg:) She was most into eating the card!

And the afternoon wasn't complete without hanging out with Pops

We had a perfect Easter with our baby girl and I was so humbled in church today as we were reminded that Christ died for us so we could live. And we are truly living an excellent life thanks to Him!
