At the beginning of August, my dad and my sister Meredith came to Houston to get Avery's room ready. The spent several days preparing and painting her room. My poor dad was about to have knee surgery the next week, but Grandpa was determined to finish his grandaughter's room. Mark (and his assistant Lily) assembled the crib and the glider. Yours truly used the pregnancy card and got to sit on the sidelines while everyone else worked! Again, the pictures are backwards in order...I'll figure this out soon!
