Well, this is our attempt at keeping all our friends and family up to date on our life together. For those of you who don't know, we are expecting our first child together. Avery Grace Shelfer is due on December 3rd and we are thrilled, excited, anxious, nervous and just plain happy!
Other than that small piece of information, there isn't really anything else too exciting going on. Mark graduated in May from University of Houston with his degree in Civil Engineering. He has been working for Jones & Carter for the last 2 1/2 years. I just left my job as manager at Learning Express. I am now "retired" and relaxing at home while this baby grows. We'll continue to add to this website as new information and events occur. I'm sure this will be boring until Avery arrives and gives me something good to write about!

Our Story

- We were married in 2005 and welcomed our first child, Avery Grace, on November 30th, 2008. Our second daughter Cate Madeline was born June 25, 2011 and we couldn't be happier! God has blessed us richly.
