Spring Break

Avery and I went to Dallas for spring break last week. We had such a great time visiting with Grammie and Grandpa! We were both spoiled with a different adventure each day, yummy lunches and good fun. On Tuesday we went to the Dallas Aquarium with Grandpa and it was such a neat aquarium. We saw penguins, manatees, giant sea turtles, octopus, jellyfish and so so much more.
On Wednesday we went to the Arboretum which was breathtakingly beautiful. They have their spring blooms out and they were exquisite. They also have a spring exhibit featuring different fairytale castles throughout the grounds. We were able to visit the castles of the Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Princess and the Pea, Rapunzel, Jack and the Beanstalk just to name a few. We had such a great time and enjoyed spending so much quality time with my parents. We were anxious to get home to Daddy though! We missed him for sure...this last picture is of Avery all dressed up for church on Sunday. She looked very sweet and spring-y!
